Overview of the 2021 GMC Terrain
The 2021 GMC Terrain is a subcompact SUV that seats up to five people. This year’s model was upgraded to receive the pro safety package. It is now standard on all three trims — the SLE, the SLT, and the Denali. The trims come with a 1.5-Liter engine with 170 horsepower and a nine-speed transmission. The SUV goes from 0-60 in 8.9 seconds. With the option to upgrade to the 2.0-Liter turbo engine, that takes you from 0-60 in 6.8 seconds. The 1.5-Liter engine will tow up to 1500 lbs. This model comes with a built-in Alexa, built-in navigational system. Choose between 18-inch or 19-inch wheels, flat-folding seats for extra storage space, a hands-free liftgate, and five exterior colors to choose from. The interior has push-button gears, soft material seats, and two interior colors to select from.
